Egal, es wird wohl das Alpe Pragas Geschäftsgeheimnis bleiben. In der beschaulichen Gegend in Prags nutzt Alpe Pragas das außergewöhnliche Klima für den Eigenanbau von Beerenobst. So wachsen auf einer Höhe von beachtlichen 1200 Metern im Südtiroler Pustertal saftige Johannisbeeren, Stachelbeeren und Goji-Beeren.Genussfaktoren pur - die Pragser Alpe Pragas Marmelade macht es vor
Südtirol eignet sich hervorragend für einen bilderbuchhaften Anbau von Obst. Seit der Gründung im Jahr 1995 arbeiten Hartwig Weidacher und Stefan Gruber für ihren Slogan "Feinstes aus Früchten" an ihren Marmeladen, Smoothies und Sirupen. Vom eigenen Anbau bis zum fertigen Fruchtaufstrich kommen nur die besten (Südtiroler) Früchte durch schonende und frische Verarbeitung ins Glas. Für die Fruchtaufstriche werden nur natürliche Zutaten und ein Mindestanteil von 70 % Frucht verwendet. Auf Farb- und Konservierungsstoffe verzichtet Alpe Pragas komplett. Dank einer Erhitzung bis lediglich 65 °C, bleibt das originale und satte Aroma der Früchte erhalten - ein simples wie wirksames Prinzip, denn so enthält jedes Produkt einen frischen und vor allem natürlichen Geschmack. Die Süße erhalten die Alpe Pragas-Fruchtaufstriche von einem kleinen Anteil Rübenzucker oder Agavendicksaft. Das Produktsortiment liest sich köstlich: Vom klassischen Fruchtaufstrich (Marmelade), auch in Bio-Qualität, über herrliche Weingelees regionaler Trauben, würzige Chutneys und dichte Smoothies kommen die Südtiroler Früchte von Alpe Pragas auf den Frühstückstisch - authentisch und hochwertig, eben etwas für bewusste Genießer. Insbesondere die Alpe Pragas Marillenmarmelade ist sehr beliebt.
