{"id":1013,"date":"2022-01-27T10:28:45","date_gmt":"2022-01-27T09:28:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mair-mair.com\/de\/magazin\/?p=1013"},"modified":"2023-08-12T12:51:42","modified_gmt":"2023-08-12T10:51:42","slug":"rezept-cantuccini","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mair-mair.com\/de\/rezept-cantuccini\/","title":{"rendered":"Rezept: Cantuccini"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cantuccini &#8211; Das Rezept<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr 4 Personen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitungszeit:<\/strong> ca. 90 Minuten<\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>300g Mehl, glatt<\/li>\n<li>180g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Packung Backpulver<\/li>\n<li>2 Eier<\/li>\n<li>30g zimmerwarme Butter<\/li>\n<li>200g gesch\u00e4lte Mandeln<\/li>\n<li>7 Tropfen Bittermandelaroma<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zubereitung:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Vermengen Sie Mehl, Zucker, Vanillezucker, Salz und das Backpulver in einer Sch\u00fcssel. Danach schlagen Sie die Eier auf und kneten diese zusammen mit der Butter und dem Bittermandelaroma unter den Teig.<\/li>\n<li>Geben Sie nun die Mandeln in den Teig, kneten Sie ihn gut durch und wickeln ihn anschlie\u00dfend in Frischhaltefolie. Stellen Sie den Teig f\u00fcr eine halbe Stunde kalt.<\/li>\n<li>Inzwischen heizen Sie den Backofen auf 200\u00b0 Ober-\/Unterhitze vor und legen ein Blech mit Backpapier aus. Teilen Sie den Teig in 5 bis 6 St\u00fccke und formen daraus je eine lange Rolle, die ca. 4 cm breit ist. Dr\u00fccken Sie die Rolle etwas flach, um sp\u00e4ter die typische Cantuccini-Form zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<li>Legen Sie die Rollen mit etwas Abstand zueinender auf das Blech und lassen Sie diese f\u00fcr ungef\u00e4hr 15 Minuten vorbacken. Nach dem Vorbacken sollten Sie die Rollen etwas abk\u00fchlen lassen. Anschlie\u00dfend schneiden Sie die Rollen schr\u00e4g in ca. 1 cm breite St\u00fccke und legen diese dann mit der Schnittfl\u00e4che nach oben wieder auf das Blech.<\/li>\n<li>Schieben Sie das Blech erneut in den Ofen und lassen die Cantuccini noch gute 10 Minuten r\u00f6sten. Die Cantuccini sind fertig sobald sie goldbraun gef\u00e4rbt sind. Zum Schluss nehmen Sie das Blech aus dem Ofen und lassen die fertigen Cantuccini abk\u00fchlen.
