{"id":1034,"date":"2022-01-27T10:36:39","date_gmt":"2022-01-27T09:36:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mair-mair.com\/de\/magazin\/?p=1034"},"modified":"2023-08-12T12:53:33","modified_gmt":"2023-08-12T10:53:33","slug":"rezept-tintenfischrisotto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mair-mair.com\/de\/rezept-tintenfischrisotto\/","title":{"rendered":"Rezept: Tintenfischrisotto"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tintenfischrisotto &#8211; Das Rezept<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr 2 Personen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitungszeit:<\/strong> ca. 50 Minuten<\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>400g Tintenfisch mit Tintenbeutel<\/li>\n<li>200g Risottoreis<\/li>\n<li>400ml Fischfond (hei\u00df)<\/li>\n<li>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>4 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<li>1 Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Zitrone (Saft)<\/li>\n<li>150ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/li>\n<li>10g Petersilie, gehackt<\/li>\n<li>1 Prise Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zubereitung:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Zuallererst s\u00e4ubern Sie den Tintenfisch; das hei\u00dft, Sie entfernen vorsichtig den Tintenbeutel und bewahren die Tinte auf. Schneiden Sie anschlie\u00dfend den Tintenfisch in Streifen und die Knoblauchzehe in feine Scheiben. Vermengen Sie den Knoblauch mit 1 EL Oliven\u00f6l und dem Zitronensaft.<\/li>\n<li>Marinieren Sie den Tintenfisch mit der Knoblauch-Zitronensaft-Mischung und lassen Sie ihn darin f\u00fcr 20 Minuten ziehen.<\/li>\n<li>In der Zwischenzeit hacken Sie die Zwiebel fein und d\u00fcnsten sie im restlichen Oliven\u00f6l leicht an. Gie\u00dfen Sie den Tintenfisch durch ein Sieb uznd fangen Sie die Marinade auf. Lassen Sie den Fisach gut abtropfen. Geben Sie ihn nun zu den Zwiebeln und braten Sie ihn an.<\/li>\n<li>Geben Sie die Marinade, den Wei\u00dfwein und die Tinte dazu und lassen alles weitere 20 Minuten k\u00f6cheln.<\/li>\n<li>Nun geben Sie den Reis hinzu und vermengen alles kurz. \u00dcbergie\u00dfen Sie alles mit etwa der H\u00e4lfte des hei\u00dfen Fischfonds und geben den Rest der Fl\u00fcssigkeit unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren nach und nach hinzu, bis der Risotto bissfest und cremig ist.<\/li>\n<li>Zum Schluss w\u00fcrzen Sie den Tintenfischrisotto mit Salz und Pfeffer und geben die zerhackte Petersilie oben drauf.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Guten Appetit!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Tipp:<\/h2>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<p>Risotto schmeckt am besten, wenn Sie ihn sofort servieren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tintenfischrisotto &#8211;
