B. italienischen Arborio-Reis)<\/li>\n<li>500ml Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>50g geriebener Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>30g Butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zubereitung:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Waschen Sie den Spinat und lassen Sie ihn in einem Sieb abtropfen.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00fcrfeln Sie nun die Zwiebel und d\u00fcnsten sie in der Butter glasig.<\/li>\n<li>Geben Sie anschlie\u00dfend den Risottoreis hinzu. Sobald dieser glasig wird, l\u00f6schen Sie den Reis mit dem Wei\u00dfwein ab.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn der Wei\u00dfwein fast vollst\u00e4ndig verdunstet ist, gei\u00dfen Sie etwa die H\u00e4lfte der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche an.<\/li>\n<li>Geben Sie den Rest der Fl\u00fcssigkeit unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren nach und nach hinzu, bis der Risotto bissfest und cremig ist.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00fcrzen Sie das Spinatrisotto mit Salz und Pfeffer und geben Sie die Butter und den Parmesan hinzu.<\/li>\n<li>Schneiden Sie zuletzt den Spinat in Streifen und r\u00fchren Sie ihn unter das Spinatrisotto.
