Danach lassen Sie den Grie\u00df einrieseln und verarbeiten alles zu einem festen, glatten Teig.<\/li>\n<li>Mit einem Teel\u00f6ffel formen Sie aus dem Grie\u00dfteig kleine Nocken, geben diese in hei\u00dfe Fleisch- oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und lassen Sie sie 20 Minuten darin bei mittlerer Hitze k\u00f6cheln.
