In 1EL Oliven\u00f6l and\u00fcnsten.<\/li><li>Die Enden des gr\u00fcnen Spargels abschneiden, die Spargelspitzen waschen und in Scheiben schneiden. Zu den anged\u00fcnsteten Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch geben und ein paar Minuten anbraten.<\/li><li>Mit Wei\u00dfwein, Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche und Kochsahne abl\u00f6schen, kurz aufkochen lassen und 5 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li><li>W\u00e4hrend die Sauce k\u00f6chelt, die Gnocchi in dem restlichen \u00d6l gut anbraten, anschlie\u00dfend zu der Sauce geben und gut vermengen.<\/li><li>Die Gnocchi mit gr\u00fcnem Spargel anschlie\u00dfend frisch servieren und ggf. mit Parmesan-K\u00e4se verfeinern.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Variationsm\u00f6glichkeiten und Servier-Tipps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr eine vegane Variante des Gerichtes kann einfach anstelle der Sahne Tomatenso\u00dfe verwendet werden.
