Buon appetito!<\/p>\n<h2>Italienisches Pfifferling-Risotto &#8211; das Rezept<\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr 2 Personen<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitungszeit:<\/strong> ca. 45 Minuten<\/p>\n<h2>Zutaten:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>200g Pfifferlinge, geputzt<\/li>\n<li>30g Zwiebel<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Knoblauchzehe<\/li>\n<li>25g Butter<\/li>\n<li>150g italienischer Rundkornreis<\/li>\n<li>50ml Wei\u00dfwein<\/li>\n<li>1l Fleischbr\u00fche (oder Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche)<\/li>\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Au\u00dferdem zum Garnieren:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>etwas geriebener Parmesan<\/li>\n<li>etwas Petersilie, fein gehackt (oder Gartenkresse)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Zubereitung:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Putzen Sie die Pfifferlinge gr\u00fcndlich.<\/li>\n<li>Sch\u00e4len Sie die Zwiebel und den Knoblauch und hacken Sie beides fein. In einem Topf erhitzen Sie die Butter, geben den Zwiebel und Knoblauch hinzu und schwitzen alles an.<\/li>\n<li>Als n\u00e4chstes geben Sie die geputzten Pfifferlinge dazu und lassen sie kurz mitd\u00fcnsten. Das ganze w\u00fcrzen Sie mit etwas Salz und Pfeffer.<\/li>\n<li>Den Reis geben Sie jetzt dazu und lassen ihn mitd\u00fcnsten, bis er glasig wird.<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f6schen Sie ihn mit Wei\u00dfwein ab und geben Sie unter st\u00e4ndigem Umr\u00fchren portionsweise die Br\u00fche hinzu, bis der Reis weich ist.
