Baffonero ist ein Name, den vor allem Wildschweinj\u00e4ger oft f\u00fchren und bedeutet \u00fcbersetzt \u0084schwarzer Schnurrbart\u0093. Dieser Wein ist ein reinsortiger Merlot, ganz ohne chemische Zus\u00e4tze am Rebstock oder im Keller. Im Glas ist er von dichtem, dunklem Rubinrot. \u00dcppig das Spektrum des Buketts – Heidelbeere, Johannisbeere, aber auch eine angenehme R\u00f6stnote von Kaffee und Vanille.
