Wie der Beinamen &#8218;Ciliegio&#8216; schon sagt, ist er im Kirschholzfass ausgebaut. Einzigartig, denn ansonsten findet das Kirscholz nur in der Fass-Serie Verwendung. Diese Serie an F\u00e4ssern nennt sich im Italienischen &#8218;Batteria&#8216;. Etwa 5-8 F\u00e4sser geh\u00f6ren dazu. Alle aus einem anderen Holz und in einer anderen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Das Pr\u00e4dikat Invecchiato im Etikett zeigt, dass er mindestens 3 Jahre lang im Holz gereift ist. Ein Zertifikat vom Konsortium des Balsamico-Essigs aus, das jedoch sicher nicht n\u00f6tig w\u00e4re. Denn Acetaia Sereni erschafft mit dem Etichetta Arancione einen unglaublich fruchtigen und sch\u00f6n dickfl\u00fcssigen Balsamessig, der seinesgleichen sucht. Die intensiven Fruchtnoten nach Kirsche sind gepaart mit leichten Nuancen von Vanille und R\u00f6staromen. Ein komplexes Aromengeflecht, das Facettenreichtum an den Gaumen tr\u00e4gt wie kaum ein anderer Balsamico-Essig. Die Fasslagerung ist f\u00fcr etwa 12 Jahre echt beachtlich. Jedoch sind auch j\u00fcngere Chargen mit im Produkt, um die n\u00f6tige Eleganz und Verspieltheit zu erreichen. So wie es die Tradition in Modena verlangt reift er in verschiedenen F\u00e4ssern unterschiedlicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe. Dank der hochwertigen Trauben der Rebsorte Lambrusco und Trebbiano werden sehr langsam \u00fcber mehrere Tage (!) eingekocht. Dies garantiert einen sehr schonenden und fruchtig-intensiven Traubenmost bester Traubenqualit\u00e4t. Die extrem lange Fassreifung bringt fruchtig-komplexe Noten in den Balsamessig. Im Abgang schmeckt er nach saftig roten Fr\u00fcchten und Beeren sowie etwas Vanille mischt sich dazu. Faszinierend lang im Abgang, der angenehm die Reifungsnoten an den Gaumen dr\u00fcckt. Ein sehr imposantes Aromenbild, das ideal zu herben Gerichten passt. Ideal auch f\u00fcr fettige und herzhafte Gerichte wie Gorgonzola oder Schweinefilet. Dieser Essig ist ein Produkt f\u00fcr Gourmets und Liebhaber. Ideal kann er auf Risotto al Parmigiano serviert werden. Aber auch im Fruchtsalat, auf Erdbeeren oder einfach auf das Grillfleisch serviert werden. Der Etichetta Arancione wurde \u00fcbrigens mit dem begehrten H\u00f6chstpreis vom MeranoWinefestival ausgezeichnet!  Zutaten: eingekochter Traubenmost, Weinessig. Enth\u00e4lt SULFITE.
