Nach der behutsamen Traubenernte, die Ende Oktober von Hand erfolgt, wird der Matteo Correggia Roero Riserva Rocche d’Ampsej schonend vergoren, danach folgt der Veredelungsprozess ganz klassisch im gro\u00dfen Holzfass. <\/p>\n
Der Roero Riserva DOCG Rocche d’Ampsej Matteo Correggia f\u00e4llt mit rubinroter Farbe und sortentypischer geringer Intensit\u00e4t ins Auge. Die Nase sch\u00f6n ausgewogen, Nebbiolo-typisch und intensiv mit feinster Fruchtaromatik von S\u00fc\u00dfkirsche, Pflaumen, Veilchen, Brunellen und etwas Gew\u00fcrznelken.
