Im Glas wirkt er trocken und geradlinig, mit sp\u00fcrbarer Tanninstruktur und ohne vordergr\u00fcndige S\u00fc\u00dfe oder weiche Rundung. Gerade das macht ihn interessant f\u00fcr alle, die Nebbiolo lieber in einer unverstellten, klassischen Art trinken.<\/p>\n
Im Duft zeigt der Wein Veilchen, getrocknete Kr\u00e4uter und reife rote Frucht, mit etwas Luft auch w\u00fcrzige und leicht \u00e4therische Noten. Am Gaumen ist er trocken, harmonisch und straff, mit gut f\u00fchlbarem Tannin, frischer S\u00e4ure und einem anhaltenden Verlauf. Er wirkt dabei nicht schwer, sondern klar und fest gebaut. Das ergibt einen Nebbiolo, der nicht auf schnelle Gef\u00e4lligkeit setzt, sondern auf Frische, Biss und ein deutliches Sortenprofil.<\/p>\n
Am besten zeigt sich der Wein mit etwas Luft im Glas und bei etwa 16 bis 18 Grad. Er passt gut zu einem Essen, bei dem der Wein bewusst mitgew\u00e4hlt wird, und zu Trinkern, die trockene, strukturierte Rotweine mit klassischem Zuschnitt sch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n
