Da er ohne Filterung abgef\u00fcllt wird, ist eine Satzbildung am Boden der Flasche zu erwarten, jedoch zeugt dies blo\u00df von dessen Nat\u00fcrlichkeit und beeintr\u00e4chtigt weder Geruch noch Geschmack. Im Glas pr\u00e4sentiert sich der Poggio di Sotto Rosso di Montalcino mit einem intensiven Rubinrot. Das Bukett ist charakteristisch und intensiv, mit Aromen von roten Fr\u00fcchten, Veilchen, Menthol und Kurkuma. Am Gaumen trocken, warm und mit weichen Tanninen.
