Im komplexen Geruch sehr reich und fruchtig, mit Aromen nach Pflaumen, saftigen Weichselkirschen und Waldbeeren wie Johannisbeeren und andere dunkle Beeren. Verkostungstechnisch kommt der Barolo DOCG Castiglione Vietti kompakt und kraftvoll und mit sp\u00fcrbarer Tanninstruktur auf die Zunge, mit einem Aroma von nach verbl\u00fchten Brunellen und Veilchen, konzentrierter Weichsel und schwarzer Johannisbeere, sowie S\u00fc\u00dfwurz, etwas Zimt und mit leicht ledrigen Noten sowie mit Ankl\u00e4ngen von Tabak.
