Er wirkt nicht wie ein blo\u00dfer Einstieg, sondern wie eine sehr bewusste Visitenkarte des Guts: Sangiovese aus Scansano, ausgebaut nur im Edelstahl, mit einem Profil, das Frische, Eleganz und Geradlinigkeit in den Mittelpunkt stellt. Gerade dieser Verzicht auf Holz pr\u00e4gt den Wein stark. Er bleibt offen, sauber und direkt, ohne durch Ausbauaromen \u00fcberformt zu werden.<\/p>\n
Im Glas zeigt er sich intensiv rubinrot. Die Aromatik ist klar auf rote Fr\u00fcchte und feine W\u00fcrze ausgerichtet, am Gaumen wirkt er lebendig und mit gutem Schritt, trocken und pr\u00e4zise. Was ihn besonders macht, ist nicht blo\u00dfe Konzentration, sondern die Art, wie er Zug, Frucht und Trinkigkeit zusammenf\u00fchrt. So entsteht ein Morellino, der typisch toskanische Spannung mit einer erstaunlich offenen, zug\u00e4nglichen Art verbindet. Er bleibt dabei elegant und wirkt nie schwer.<\/p>\n
Seine klare, frische Linie macht ihn zu einem sehr vielseitigen Speisebegleiter. Besonders gut passt er zu Aufschnitt und K\u00e4seplatten aus der Toskana, zu Fleischgerichten und zu einer K\u00fcche, die W\u00fcrze mit Saftigkeit verbindet. Gerade weil er nicht vom Holz gepr\u00e4gt ist, funktioniert er auch \u00fcberraschend gut zu einem kr\u00e4ftigen Fischgericht wie Cacciucco.
