Il “Peter 1893” \u00e8 un Lagrein Riserva dell”Alto Adige firmato Kellerei Andrian e mostra questo vitigno nel suo volto pi\u00f9 concentrato, speziato e allo stesso tempo molto nitido. Le uve provengono da vigneti situati a circa 250 metri di altitudine su suoli alluvionali ben drenanti. Ne nasce un rosso di frutto scuro, struttura solida e passo maturo, con un carattere che valorizza il Lagrein quando, oltre alla forza, si cerca anche precisione.<\/p>\n
La fermentazione avviene in acciaio con macerazione sulle bucce, accompagnata da una gestione attenta e delicata del processo. Seguono la fermentazione malolattica e l”affinamento in legno, in parte in botte grande e in parte in barrique. Questa combinazione d\u00e0 al vino sostegno e profondit\u00e0 senza marcarlo eccessivamente con il rovere. Il frutto resta al centro, accompagnato da sfumature speziate e da una lieve nota amaricante che completa bene l”insieme.<\/p>\n
Nel bicchiere si presenta rosso rubino con riflessi violacei. Il profilo aromatico va in una direzione scura e calda, con richiami a cioccolato amaro, amarena e prugna. Al palato \u00e8 speziato, strutturato e fitto, ma non pesante o ruvido: ha sostanza, ordine e una forma ben definita. Proprio questo incontro tra frutto maturo, spezia e struttura lo rende un Lagrein di presenza, capace di farsi sentire senza diventare ingombrante.<\/p>\n
Il “Peter 1893” si abbina molto bene a manzo brasato, selvaggina, agnello, arrosti saporiti o pasta con sughi scuri e intensi. \u00c8 una scelta molto riuscita anche con piatti ai funghi e formaggi stagionati a pasta dura.
