Vignaioli Morellino di Scansano Scantianum
100% Sangiovese, gereift für 2 - 4 Monate in Holzfässern aus slawonischer Eiche, gefolgt von 4 Monaten Flaschenlagerung. Im Glas kommt der Sangiovese von Caparzo in rubinrotem Farbkleid daher, die Nase ist frisch und intensiv, gespickt mit fruchtigen Noten von Kirsche, Waldbeeren wie Himbeere und Brombeere. Am Gaumen elegant und jungendlich, guter Körper und lange Persistenz. Empfehlt sich zu Pasta mit Fleischsoßen, Gemüsesuppen mit Hülsenfrüchten und zu mittelreifem Käse.
