Our delivery conditions
Delivery Country
We would like to point out that we exclusively deliver to Germany, Italy, and Austria. Swiss customers and interested parties outside of these countries, please refer to the section below titled “Switzerland and other countries.”
Delivery time and delivery costs
Our shipping costs include post-approved packaging. We use cardboard boxes for 3, 6, 12, or 18 bottles, and variations in packaging may occur. Please refer to the respective delivery country below on this page for the delivery time.

The shipping costs are calculated flat-rate and can be found for each available delivery country below on this page.
Germany
Shipping to Germany is free for orders with a value of 150.00 € or more.
For orders that do not reach the value of 150.00 €, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 9.99 € to Germany.
The delivery time is 5-7 business days, and the shipment will leave our temperature-controlled, underground warehouse only upon pickup by the freight carrier.
The deadline for delivery begins one day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank for advance payment. For other payment methods, the deadline begins one day after the conclusion of the contract. The deadline ends at the end of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall replace such a day.
Austria
Shipping to Austria is free for orders with a value of 150.00 € or more.
For orders that do not reach the value of 150.00 €, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 11.90 € to Austria.

Switzerland and other countries
We reserve the right to deliver to Switzerland and other countries, but in such cases, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are lawfully cleared through customs.
Currently, the online shop can only deliver to the countries Germany, Austria, and Italy.
