“Blend of grapes sourced from 11 different villages within the denomination. Total skin maceration of 13 days and aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, of which 25% in second- and third-year tonneaux, 50% in 25-hl casks and 25% in 50-hl casks. Just mid ruby. Attractive, tight, cherry-fruit nose laced with notes of oatmeal. Succulent red fruit on the palate with minerally notes and a hint of medicine.
