Fontodi Flaccianello della Pieve Rosso 3L Flaccianello della Pieve Rosso Toscana Rosso IGT Bio Fontodi Doppel-Magnum Der Flaccianello della Pieve ist der Spitzenwein Fontodis. Er wird nur in außerordentlich guten Jahrgängen hergestellt, aus Sangiovese aus den besten Lagen in Panzano in Chianti. Nach dem Ausbau in Barrique aus Allier für 16-18 Monaten wird der reinsortige Sangiovese nochmals für 12 Moanten auf der Flasche liegen gelassen, bevor er in den Handel kommt. Im Glas präsentiert er sich mit einer dunkel granatroten Farbe, mit rubinroten Rändern. Die Nase überzeugt durch vielschichtige Aromen von dunklen Früchten, Pflaumen, Brombeeren, Kirschen, Veilchen, sowie Würzearomen wie Schokolade, Tabak, mit angenehmen Mandelaroma.
